Dr. Taylor grew up in Trimble, Missouri and graduated from Notre Dame de Sion high school in 2006. She then received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Creighton University in 2010. Dr. Taylor attended University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2014. Her pediatric dentistry residency and Masters of Science in Dentistry was completed at Indiana University – Riley Children’s Hospital in June 2016. During her residency program, she also completed training in the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program at Riley Hospital for Children.
Dr. Taylor has been a board certified Diplomate with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry since 2017. She is an active member of many professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, the Missouri Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She currently serves as the President for the Ozark Dental Society.
Dr. Taylor enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing and kayaking in the beautiful Ozarks.
Dr. Brown was born and raised in Maryville, MO and spent much of her childhood in her father’s medical practice. Observing him care for their community sparked her interest in healthcare. She completed her bachelor’s degrees in chemistry, liberal arts, and psychology with a minor in biology at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. During this time, she provided child care at Berkley Child and Family Development Center and volunteered her time at Children’s Mercy Hospital. These experiences solidified her interest and dedication to serving the pediatric population. Dr. Brown obtained her Masters in Biomedical Sciences at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and returned to UMKC to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She completed her residency at the Springfield, MO site of NYU-Langone Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry in September of 2022.
Dr. Brown is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, The Missouri Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Brown and her husband enjoy spending time with their two children and adopted standard poodle. They love staying in, cooking, watching movies and binging one of their favorite shows. Self-proclaimed foodies, they also enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants.
